IPS e.max® ZirCAD are zirconium oxide discs, recommended for situations where high mechanical strength, low wall thicknesses and very high esthetics are required. Suitable for the production of monolithic and veneered crowns and bridges for the anterior and posterior region. Due to a strength of 850MPa and high fracture toughness, the wall thicknesses of all-ceramic restorations can be reduced to a minimum. IPS e.max ZirCAD MT (Medium Translucency) has been engineered to balance strength with esthetics, and enable the dental technician to produce conservative zirconia restorations with natural brightness. IPS e.max ZirCAD MT restorations can be stained and glazed using IPS Ivocolor or infiltrated with IPS e.max ZirCAD MT coloring liquids.
