Prime&Bond XP (XP= eXtra Performance) is a universal, light-curing one-bottle dental adhesive. Prior total -etch is recommended on dentin/enamel. Designed to bond resin-based (methacrylate-based) materials to enamel and dentin as well as to metals and ceramic. Solvent: tertiary butanol. Suitable for both slightly moist (recommended) and dry dentin and shows a low risk of postoperative sensitivity. Use on dentin: Apply on rinsed, slightly moist dentin, leave undisturbed for 20s, air-dry at least 5s, light-cure 10s. Light curing of Prime&Bond XP is not required when used mixed 1:1 with Self-Cure Activator (SCA), when it can be used with Dentsply Sirona manufactured dual- or self-cure resin restoratives or -cements such as Calibra, SmartCem2 or Core.X flow.
