ProTaper Gold Thermafil, flexible radiopaque warm guttapercha obturators to be used with thermo-plasticized gutta-percha obturation technique. Obturators are made of synthetic guttapercha with plastic core and color-coded handle, and they are precision matched to fit the shapes created by the ProTaper Gold files F1-F5. Single insertion simplicity is less technique-sensitive than warm vertical compaction procedures. It has proved very effective especially in narrow, long and curved canals, where is difficult to deliver a heat carrier or a plugger in the last 4mm of the canal. For use with Thermaprep Oven, ProTaper Gold size verifiers, and small quantities of sealer (all sold separately). Available in sizes of F1–F5, 6 or 30 pieces blister packs.
